Worship

During break on Tuesday morning, we had the pleasure of a talk from Fr. Wallace about worship. Just what is worship? The girls were quick to answer - "praising God", "giving thanks", "prayer", "belief in faith". The literal meaning of worship is giving God his worth. And what is God worthy of? Everything! God is worthy of our highest praise, God is worthy of all the best that we can possibly offer! We never know what brings people into church - from tragedy to joy - but whatever it is, they will be looking to us as ministers, through music, to draw them into a deeper relationship with God. Don't ever underestimate why you are here, and always do your best, in every aspect of your life.
